After the Commission adopts the new rates for the next fiscal year, rate change cards are normally included with your June bills.

We apologize as the cards were not included with this year's mailing.

Please make note of the following Fripp Island Public Service District's Rate Changes:

The Fripp Island Public Service District will restructure and increase water & sewer rates effective July 1, 2024.  The new residential rate schedule is shown below.

                                                Quarterly base water charge          $60.58                                         

0 – 12,000 gals                         $3.52/1,000 gallons

12,001 – 36,000 gals                 $4.54/1,000 gallons

Over 36,000 gals                      $5.49/1,000 gallons

                                                Quarterly base sewer charge          $81.43

                                                         Up to 36,000 gals                      $3.46/1,000 gallons

         Quarterly base residential dedicated irrigation charge           $28.81

                                                                                                          $4.99/1,000 gallons              

You will see the new rates reflected in your billed charges beginning with the September 30, 2024 billing.
